Global Issues

Global Issues is a quarterly magazine for secondary school students that provides information and ideas for exploring global issues. Three copies are sent free to each secondary school at the beginning of each school term, to the library and HODs of Geography and Social Studies.

Global Issues subscriptions for individual teachers are $12 for the year (four issues). If you would like to receive hard copies (NZ only), or a class set of each issue, please complete this order form and fax to 04 4969599.

Inkling: Youth voices on global issues

Global Focus Aotearoa is pleased to introduce a new resource, Inkling, that showcases youth perspectives on contemporary global issues. Inkling complements our existing publication series Global Issues, adding a valuable new dimension: youth voices.

Through Inkling, young writers from the Just Write programme hope to raise awareness about the issues they care about and to help create a culture where each of us understands our role as global citizens, who have rights AND responsibilities.

Gender and Culture
